I have no idea how long i have been working on this piece; between coming back to my country and looking for jobs and having to worrry about loads of other stuff (ain´t life great? Haha)... In any case, I think i have reached a point in which I just want to get over this one and move on. Of course, I´m very open to your suggestions!
I started this from a tiny sketch I did in a brainstorm, just scanned it and worked on it with Painter. I had a WIP thread for it somewhere... Enjoy!

Awesome. But maybe the detail could be brought into the antlers aswell?

Very nice. Great detail and lighting effects. I like how the edge of the Dinosaur blurs slightly into the black background.

I agree with Artoonator, the brush strokes are too visible on them as well.

Thanks for your comments! Well, I chose to have more detail in the forefront, so I didn´t think the horns would need more detail. What I *have* done is actually tone down (with Blur tool) those brush strokes on them, on Padawan´s suggestion. I had sharpened the image before posting it, so those strokes turned out being a little too distracting indeed.

The painting is superb. Its brushed texture amkes it very unique and atractive.
The only drawback I see is the the overall slight darkness. Maybe you could highlight a little bit the face

The lighting is great... but maybe harden the edges a bit, particularly around his antlers? That will make the forms look stronger. But I really like his tusks, too
